To record which events you have booked onto attend to help with the management, preparation and analysis of the events we run.

Who your information may be shared with
We may share your information with:
Law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity
Our selected third party suppliers of administrative services, solely for the purposes of undertaking administration on our behalf
Our selected third party suppliers of bookkeeping and accountancy services, solely for the purposes of accounting and bookkeeping

How long will your data be retained?
Any information you provide to us will be stored securely and password protected. It will be retained as long as is appropriate and necessary, for example:
To send you relevant news indefinitely unless you unsubscribe
Transactional information will be retained for a period of 6 years in accordance with the accounting requirements
For the period which we provide you services and for 3 years subsequently in case you require our further assistance
In back-up files for a period of 6 years
In our email system for a period of 2 years.
In the event that you unsubscribe from our mailing list, your details may be retained separately in an archive file to ensure that you are not contacted without your consent.
Marketing
We would like to send you information and products, services, offers, competitions and our business which may be of interest to you. Such information could be sent by email, post, text message or telephone.
Other businesses within our group may also send you similar information depending on what you agree with us.
We will ask whether you would like us and other businesses to send you marketing messages on the first occasion that you provide any relevant contact information (e.g. on purchase, booking, signing up to a newsletter, entering a competition etc).
